Previously called "The Dylan 2", this is now called "The Wilde", as per a December resubmission with the following additional changes:
- Total units increased from 306 to 362
- Total height increased from 94.25 to 99.6m
- Total vehicular parking decreased from 184 to 143

All good changes, particularly the marked decrease from 60% of units having a parking space down to only 40% now. The more movement away from car infrastructure, the better for the city.
Resubmitted with some minor stat changes:
- Vehicular parking -1 to 142
- Bicycle parking -1 to 363
- Height +0.1m to 99.7m
- Minor unit mix redistribution
