    Hey guys, how are you informing them of not executing the amendment, cancelling agreement, and requesting deposit back? Are you just replying to the email yourself and/or consulting with a lawyer to reply?

    Probably. For the earliest buyers, April 2025 is the latest they need to return deposits. Just a couple months left.

    Lol they can make it more expensive , all the more reason we don’t proceed and they’ll have to start from scratch. And good luck trying to sell at stupid prices nobody will buy. The project is bankrupt regardless. KSV just delaying the inevitable. Current aps is the only change they have. Tbh...
