We can't because our Purchasing Agreements are still in effect as of right now. We have to wait until KSV cancels our POA in order for us to make a claim

Was it you that did the interview for the CBC article a year or two back. Anyhow you can contact the guy again. What about CityTV news...they usually report on these sort of things. I think it would be beneficial if there was some sort of exposure on what is going on and how buyers are being mistreated.

Think thats what happen.. they probably had all APS made out before Oct15 then had to recalculate.... lets see what prices will be, anyone pass site lately to see what they doing.. i am overseas until May

Lol they can make it more expensive , all the more reason we don’t proceed and they’ll have to start from scratch.

And good luck trying to sell at stupid prices nobody will buy. The project is bankrupt regardless. KSV just delaying the inevitable.

Current aps is the only change they have. Tbh even if they don’t change price I’m still put. Zero trust.
