Yeah it really matches woodbine nextdoor with the swaths of vacant units 😆 I really hope some decent retail comes in, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.

They really need to work on the intersection and mirror what they did near Kipling station.

Nofrills seems kinda small compared to Marks and healthy planet.

Looks like crews have begun the second phase of development. Machinery is in levelling the ground.

There is a huge development coming to the Woodbine grounds : https://woodbinecommunityplan.com/ So this would be futureproofing for that.

Anything beats the location turning into yet another eyesore truck storage lot much like down the street near staples/woodbine centre.

Are there any articles about the sale of 2025 Kipling? Saw that the fencing was removed around the property recently.

Please don't give them any ideas, I live in the neighbourhood :( Would love to see a mixed use neighbourhood pop up not full of trucks, trailers or liquidation stores for a change.
