    Toronto Parliament & Co | 41.45m | 11s | Downing Street | Kohn

I'm suggesting a meeting with the CRBA before the developer talks to the City - it actually helps both parties, from experience. And I can say that the CRBA would most definitely make a good effort to do something with the existing building. Whether that would be successful would depend on a...

Forgetting the "official" discussion for the moment, this isn't even an application yet and your concern is partly addressed by my earlier suggestion for the developer to meet with the local association to hear what could be an objection to completely getting rid of the elevation, which could be...

Well, it would be a waste simply to ignore you, wouldn't it!? I take your point and it is technically a good one!! But I also disagree with you, although it depends totally on the definition of terms. In this case, the Association representing Corktown was incorporated 20 years ago as a...

Yes it is! Corktown officially goes west to Berkeley and then jogs back to Parliament at Moss Park - all up to Shuter.

510 King is north-west of the King/River intersection. River City is south-east of the intersection. Thor will be in the south-east corner of 510 King. Sadly TCHC has not been at all forthcoming about the retail in its King Street senior's building - they do say they have been trying to...

Totally agree that the boundaries vary according to the source. But to the Corktown Residents & Business Association (CRBA), the boundaries in its articles of incorporation from 1996 are Berkeley, Shuter, the Don River, and Lakeshore Boulevard. So as a legal entity, it is very clear. It's...

In 510 King East - just west of River - there will be a THOR coffee shop at the south-east corner, an as-yet unnamed spa, and a dentist, in addition to the existing Nissan dealer and the Healthy Road health store - this from the leasing agents.
