I think that's a bit of a flawed argument - assuming that if the non-voters in these area had voted, they would be strongly for Doug. The fact that they didn't vote tells you that they're not part of Ford Nation. Anyone who didn't vote in this election is truly apathetic about municipal politics.

The article says those are the numbers among decided voters. It also says that undecideds have dropped from 11% to 8%. So, doing a little math gives: Tory 45.1% Ford 24.8% Chow 22.1% Undecided 8%

I was just looking at Warren Kinsella's blog - there's a comment on there about a political insider whose sources are saying Rob's (alleged) cancer has spread from the original tumour and he has already had radiation treatments. If true, then hair loss would be expected.

I wonder if the Tory camp is thinking that they don't want to be in a debate without Doug. Tory and Chow going head to head gives Chow a chance to win back some of the progressive support she has lost to Tory, making it a close three way race with the potential for Doug to come up the middle...
