    Shy Real Estate Agents

agents don't want to do the legwork for anyone who is not their client. your daughter's best bet is to get her real estate agent to contact the office and set an appointment for a viewing. in today's market the selling agent has guaranteed money on the table which turns them into lard buckets...

West One Condos (Concord CityPlace) - Real Estate -

i donno, i think that's a pretty broad generalisation and consequently pretty ignorant. the downtown demographic living in the core is generally younger and the fact of the matter is cityplace is cheapest of the lot so the average age is probably lower. just like any 500 unit tower there is a...

dpylyp, please, save me the propaganda. i'm just trying to find a service that caters to my specific needs. movieguy, thanks for sharing the knowledge, i never got as far into it to realise the low commission rates were backed by buyer's agency agreement. its true, i am looking for a...

Downtown condo market: Is it worth it to buy for one year?

you are going to lose a minimum of 10-15% between buying and selling the place. so it only makes sense if you can get the property atleast 20% below market value which would give you a 5% buffer in case the market starts to tank.

Where are the flat-fee MLS listing services?

yeah, i remember when i did the math, flat fee anthony ends up costing you the standard 1-2% on a property worth 300k. his service would only make sense if you were selling properties worth 500k or more. i've stumbled into a few sites that are based off of the US and claim to be able to list...

Submission 8: Tyler Brown - Space frame arch with suspended deck

This design is absolutely amazing. For someone who is currently living in the area this would be a dream come true. I can imagine the costs beings higher when taking up such a project but Concord would be wise to invest behind it to restore its reputation.

the logical future of the gardiner is to shift to a tunnel.. and that frees up more room on he surface even with the lakeshore existing.

West One Condos (Concord CityPlace) - Real Estate -

I hear a similar noise at my unit at West One which I actually stated in my end of year Tarion warranty form.
