Very curious to see what kind of park land dedication this project will have.

I hope with it being the 14th year anniversary of construction starting, news outlets will again bring the public’s attention back to how unacceptable the current situation is.

Far from perfect but thrilled to finally see some appropriate density close to Eglinton West station. Allen-Eg is pathetically underdeveloped compared to its sister neighborhood of Yonge and Eg.

What is this? A rental building for ants? It needs to be at least….3x times as big!

Apologies for bumping the thread again but why is the cantilever required? Can't the station entrance be temporarily closed? There are other accessible entrances to Eglinton West. The forest hill condos just a bit east of this site directly integrated the LRT entrance into the building.

Hopefully all these nearby development reignite discussion about covering over the Allen.

Way too many studios/1-bedroom units

The lack of bike lanes in the renderings is really disappointing, especially because the demographic is younger and York's campus is actually pretty big making bikes very convenient.

East of the Allen and west of Bathurst I can only see developments like Marla on the Park having some success. Eglinton West has been long overdue for a massive overhaul.

Do you think it's likely the southern assembly of Romar would include some of the houses on Stayner?

I know there's a planned project just across the street from this project but after that I wonder which plaza on Marlee will be next. I personally think the one with the Domino's would be best but there are two other viable options IMO (one being just north of this site and the other being...
