What’s the worst they could do? Take away properties? Already did that. Make us wait forever for our deposits? Already did that. They are in this for themselves. It wouldn’t hurt for us to demonstrate a bit of animosity and anger towards them…

Just the usual, copy and paste reply. Being nice and patient isn’t helping. We might as well be assholes and impatient. Yes we should absolutely bombard them! Everyone on this thread should be emailing for their amended aps and when we can receive o deposits back, every 3-5 days.

I emailed Martin dude to just give my deposits, don’t even offer me amended aps lol. Also asked when we can get amended aps and when we can deposits back. They must have the timeframe in mind, they’re just not saying.

I don’t even know the purpose of court, what is the court really doing? Seems like it’s just a waste of time, they approve everything anyway. Court seems to be just a formality. And it doesn’t look like there is accountability if deadlines are not met.

My bro and I emailed Martin from KSV.. to expedite the process for deposits back, we don’t need to see the amended aps so it’s not relevant. And that we have 0 chance of accepting it.

Ya enough with the games and bs from KSV. They’re gonna try to pull one more con and get us to agree to some weird amendment that will get us fried at the end. Just end the game and give deposits back, this is ridiculous.

My unit for the exact APS or give my deposit back. F (f for forget) VANDYK, uptown’s, KSV, Osler, everybody. As a 2017 buyer, I’m not entertaining anything, who knows if it even will be built ever.

So by this Friday, we shoul receive notice of our individual specific APS?
