Does anyone know of someone looking to sell their pre-construction unit on assignment, or will perhaps sell when the building registers within the next year or so? I have a buyer looking for something with at least 1+1 bedrooms and a good-sized balcony/terrace.

My vote would be for some sort of gigantic green living wall with plants (logistics aside) to make up for the lack of greenery in this park! Currently, it's more concrete than green!

I noticed today that the black coverings have all been removed from the benches and sculptures. Does that mean that ***gasp*** the park will actually be opening soon?!? It was neat to see the "frogs in the pond" this afternoon.

Photo captured yesterday from inside of Marshalls. Still no sign of opening anytime soon. This project is really stretching out as long as it can. I suspect it will open when the end of time is near.

Photo from this morning. The balcony edge made it into the photo because I was too chicken to step closer to the rail, lol.

Photo taken last night. Neither the skating trail, nor the park for that matter, are open to the public yet, but no worries, it’s all just a thick sheet of ice anyways. This may be the only skating area we see in this ridiculously delayed park this winter. Tie your laces up!

I realize the plans always called for glass panels on the sides of the ice rink hut, but in seeing them take shape now that the blue tarp is down, I'm wondering if this was such a good idea... This park is going to get some pretty heavy use from a mixed bag of people in the community, and I'm...

    Toronto Chelsea Green (was 33 Gerrard) | 297.25m | 90s | Great Eagle | a—A

Actually, I did notice a potential PATH connection to the west from the YSL Condos site on the B1/B2 levels from the Feb 24th 2017 architect drawings (can't find anything more recent - I realize this building has undergone significant design changes since). Presumably that would link with...

I guess I'm also just a little bit worried about how all of the PATH connections will come together, if they ever do. The connection between College Park and The Shops at Aura is such garbage that if the same sort of thing is done between Aura and Chelsea Green, it's almost not even worth...

    Toronto Chelsea Green (was 33 Gerrard) | 297.25m | 90s | Great Eagle | a—A

Any insight into a PATH connection between The Shops At Aura and Chelsea Green? I see in the architectural renderings that the P2 level of Chelsea Green has a note about "potential PATH connection" with a knock-out panel on the north side of the site, in about the same place as the knock-out...

Perhaps other park projects are more tightly handled by the city, but in this case, the city project manager I was in communication with was very clear that neither the City of Toronto or a city councillor is managing the park re-development. Both the project and the site itself are completely...

The slow pace of work at this site is really disappointing. Apparently, from my recent communication in speaking with a city worker connected to the revitalization, the project management of the park is being controlled by Canderel, who partly helped to fund the park through the Section 37...

Ummm.... actually, $350K for a unit like that would be considered cheap. The builder's in fact selling all of their bachelor units for just under and above $500K, according to the price lists that have been released. I suspect there are so many micro units in this project specifically because...

    Toronto YC Condos -- Yonge at College | 198.42m | 62s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

From my novice perspective, it looks like they are starting to take down the main crane? Workers up on the main arm, the cab is lower, and there is a whole lot of activity going on right now... or is it just some sort of repair?

There is a small army of insects descending on the south west corner of the park!

Is the red surface not an intermediary material, with another layer to later be added on top (with potentially a different colour)? I noticed that both the kids play area as well as the currently pinkish-red spots started out with the same black pavement-like material, but at the moment, it...

Isn't this one of the wildest art installations on a new build in recent memory! Wacky.
