    YES, grey is Toronto's official colour and all buildings are required to conform to the plan! Conform or face the consequences! It's not like the investors actually care what the buildings look like.

    Of course it's sarcasm! We are so proud that we are this successful, rich country/city but then we can't afford nice things or even to properly house the homeless.
