This is looking significantly different from the renders. The stone (probably faux-stone like the Building next door) portion looks like it won’t be going right to the top as it does in the render. The shape of the whole top floor of the building is quite different really.

These are renderings from the latest SPA submission in August. This project is sold out according to BuzzBuzzHome, so the marketing renderings were probably never updated to reflect this change.

Passed by this site today.

No camera handy.

But note that brick is 90% complete. Crews working today, no reason they shouldn't be finished it by end of tomorrow.

Still a few bits and bobs to go, but hoarding should be down by early summer.

The building is done - there is a small micro-grocery type tenant that looks to be moving in at ground level, though I forget the name. It looks like a very cheap building - the final finishes are very disappointing.

Yessir! Plus—it's funny—we'll get shots throughout the construction process, but people rarely take an "It's all done now!" shot, because finished buildings don't stand out so much. Always good to finish off a thread with a resolution though!

Here are a few shots from about an hour ago. I have to agree with insertnamehere, the building is pretty disappointing. One Rainsford definitely turned out better.

The silvery grey mullion colour is the straw that broke the horse's back.

I don't like this at all! The original rendering looked so much better.

Dull as dishwater. Already looks like it's been there for years on end. Very little in the way of character - just a kind of comatose anonymity.
