What should this little skyline be called once at least half of these buildings are moving forward, maybe Downtown Mainstreet? Danforthtown?

    Toronto West Don Lands: Block 13 | 139.31m | 43s | Dream | Henriquez Partners

Wow. It reminds me a little of E Condos and a little of Cityplace. Its a huge downgrade, and the tower will be a bit of a sire thumb, but shouldnt be too bad in 10 years when the other tower sites nearby are redeveloped.

    Toronto skyline

No problem. It gave me something to do while waiting for my subway car to move out. EDIT: I meant to post this earlier from my walk on Tuesday. It's an image of the Yonge and Eglinton skyline from the NE corner of Eglinton and Don Mills

    Toronto skyline

This, AFAIK is the Latter Days Saints temple, off Bramalea and Bovaird in Brampton, hence the higher elevation. https://churchofjesuschristtemples.org/toronto-ontario-temple/ My theory for the big building nearby is the Brampton Civic Hospital which is across the street.

    Toronto Crosstown LRT: Eglinton Station | ?m | 1s | Metrolinx | Arcadis

Oh I am being modest. The overall design of that "plaza" is rather poorly done, so with a smaller footprint to move around thanks to the sidewalks being closed off before and now to an extent, its become much more clear how frustrating the NE corner is for circulation and functionality as a whole.

    Toronto Crosstown LRT: Eglinton Station | ?m | 1s | Metrolinx | Arcadis

Here's an overview of the public realm treatments around the intersection, taken from the rooftop patio an hour ago. The ongoing work on the NE corner has been a nuisance for a while, but is making visible progress:

    Toronto 1414 Bayview | 30.85m | 8s | Gairloch | a—A

I agree with the consensus here. I'm not overly impressed by the ground level treatment, since it's cold, lacking texture or human scale massing (in the first floors, even detailing like a few bump outs of masonry or something similar could help), but the upper half of the building is done...

Yesterday, this will be quite impactful from some angles (for now)
