Concord is usually pretty quick once they get to the tower floorplates. I think it seems quicker for Canada House because it took awhile to complete the podium which is fairly large. Now, a floor per week is within reason.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. The height increase is TBD since there were outstanding comments and Council has not made a decision yet. The "public" info are the response to comments on the AIC that were recently posted.

Thanks to @madknife 's tip, the status of the height increase is public. There were comments from various city departments on the proposal, in particular ECS (engineering), that needed to be addressed before they could sign off on the proposal. The comments appeared relatively minor so I expect...

This ramp is the least hairiest there is. The lane continues as the third NB lane so there is no merging required. Coming from the Don Roadway/Lake Shore is a bit more sketch with the lane ending quickly and the ramp from the Gardiner being elevated and on a curve.
