    Toronto 3050 Pharmacy | 57.11m | 16s | Hanseatic | BDP Quadrangle

The tower and podium have pre-cast brick cladding. The tower portion is decent but I found the podium cladding to be rather meh. That being said, I was driving so and didn’t have a lot of time to check it out in detail.

I did that all the time, often parking on the top level as it was the only place with empty spots.

It’s quite the view terminus when driving eastbound on the Gardiner, east of Dufferin.

    Hamilton Pier 8 Redevelopment | 147m | 45s | Cityzen | Omar Gandhi

The logo I remember as a kid as well. Classic, and my favourite Jays logo.

Third parties (like resident groups) cannot appeal decisions on minor variance applications, but they can still appeal decisions on zoning bylaw amendments provided they made written or oral submissions prior to the bylaw being passed.

    Mayor Olivia Chow's Toronto

No question. I’m not advocating for the hay bales to be put up. Just saying shit happens.

    Mayor Olivia Chow's Toronto

I've seen young kids who have hit trees because they couldn't control the sled or a bump caused the sled to change direction. They weren't aiming for the tree. Accidents happen.

I love doing that as well. It's amazing how old the footage is that is still used.

Are you referring to the subway station entrance south of Highway 7?

Thanks for this. I don't have any knowledge of the reasons why new stadiums were built, just find it funny how some teams go through stadiums like their old clothes while others prefer to renovate/upgrade.

Correct, though it was since the SkyDome was opened in 1989, staying on the theme of new ballparks. Even Exhibition stadium wasn't new, just repurposed to accommodate the Jays.

No, I said teams that have opened TWO new stadiums since SkyDome was opened. Texas opened Rangers Ballpark in Arlington in 1994 and Globe Life Field in 2020. Atlanta opened Turner Field in 1997 and Truist Park in 2017. Other than those, all the other new stadiums you mentioned are still in use.

Welcome to UT! Most Torontonians still call it SkyDome or "The Dome". I find it funny that your two favourite teams are the only two that have each opened two brand new stadiums since SkyDome was opened.

It's never caught during a spellcheck, which is why I often do a ctrl+F on my various reports/documents to make sure this typo doesn't happen

    Toronto 985 Woodbine | 121.5m | 35s | Choice Properties | superkül

Agreed. I don't want to see street trees removed. But another look is warranted. I'd prefer to see the planters adjacent to the curb with other street furniture and utility boxes, poles, etc., similar to how this treatment is done along Danforth. The issue is of course the Woodbine Station...

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

Thanks for sharing. Responded to the survey. I used to cycle and drive on Jones quite often up until the pandemic. Since our office moved to Kingston Rd in Scarborough and moving from Jones/Danforth to Woodbine/Danforth, I rarely use Jones at all. But when I did cycle on Jones, I never found it...

    Toronto 985 Woodbine | 121.5m | 35s | Choice Properties | superkül

I have no major issues with the revised proposed with greater height. But as someone who walks along the east side of Woodbine, often with a toddler in tow, a larger setback from Woodbine is greatly needed. The current building has no setback from the property line. There is about 2.5 metres to...
