Taken today - Cell phone shot from above

I snapped a pic today and will post it later, they appear to be 15 feet deep and busting up whats left of the old foundation footings. Any idea on how many under ground levels?

I have to agree, the building on this court are pretty bad. isn't one of them Toronto housing?

Today's pictures... moving very fast, the brick work behind the scaffolding is 100% dismantled. On the east side of the building they started to take down the scaffolding.

Noticed this past weekend the demolition work on AMC Kennedy Commons has started. The interior has been stripped and they started to pull down the concrete curtain walls. Anyone know whats going in?

As you mentioned in your original post, say nothing and move in. If you tell the land lord ahead of time then its possible they can "randomly" select another applicant. Once you move in the land lord cant do anything unless the pet is a serious threat, but that’s never a problem for responsible...
