To get back on topic, according to Toronto Life construction will start in early 2008. Not that this publication is a reliable source for this kind of information, but I"ll take it nonetheless.
There's no way this resembles Toronto. Builders in Florida are building on spec which is a sure recipe for disaster and is something that we no longer do up here.
"Still, she questions whether there will be any takers, especially since her building feels empty. “I can go a whole week...
Yeah, that would be the Russian Midland.
I might actually drop by to see this. Hopefully the weather will be OK - it's supposed to rain for the rest of the week.
These fools truly never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity. This company is quite simply a disaster. Never, ever purchase anything from Cresford.
The base looks pretty good, or at least, much better than the previous version. This building will give the area a massive jolt and will be easily visible from as far as Yonge and Dundas.
Huntley St. is downtown by Rogers HQ, and they'd be insane to go to Don Mills/York Mills. It's a secluded and small building that's completely invisible.
In the short term, I strongly recommend to focus on a PR offensive. Contact all the newspapers and TV stations to get your story out. Newspapers that accept advertising from the condo industry may be reluctant to run your story though. In any event, I wish you guys the best of luck. Cresford...
I agree. If there's one thing that Rogers is good at it's certainly marketing and branding. Obviously they won't find a better location than 299 Queen W., but I'm sure that in the long term they'll have studios with high visibility.
