Excellent. Let us know how it turns out. I don't think there's anything wrong with occassionaly peppering threads with issues that arise from within a building that's under construction. It makes the thread more human and interesting. Otherwise it'll end up as dull and dry as the Burj Dubai...

Just don't play the victim. Be pro-active and solve the problem yourself. Don't rely entirely on the condo board, condo security or the police.

Or shame them. Leave them a note explaining how hundreds are taking part in a discussion of the a**holes who live in #1106. Take photos of their door and windows and post them in a new thread in the real estate section. I'd also suggest taking matters into your own hands by posting...

^So many things are wrong with this... But what really bothers me is that it doesn't look like there's enough room for those spindly trees to become big healthy mature trees.

One drawback to density: there's no real way to stand back to get a proper photo of the entire building in one take.

Definitely bland but in person the brick/stone work around floors 2 and 3 looks rather nice.

This is a good example of why it's not always necessary to wait until things are completed to pass judgement. It's gonna be a stunner. No doubt.

I happened to catch these in action the other night. (Delaware Avenue south of Bloor Street). I'm not crazy about the quality of light. It's a very futuristic, cold and unwelcoming flourescent-like white light. But I'm sure it uses a ton less electricity.
