    Toronto Waterlink at Pier 27 | 43.89m | 14s | Cityzen | a—A

I have to disagree 100% with that. My kids love going to that beach and a big part of the appeal is the fact that they can sit and play in the sand while watching that new big green arm empty the holds of these impressively large, and impressively close ships. And generally when I talk to...

    Toronto Theatre Park | 156.96m | 47s | Lamb Dev Corp | a—A

All the signs are now gone and so is the parking booth. They're starting to fence it off as well.

^^^^ Yep that's what I saw this morning, what time did you take that?

    Toronto Theatre Park | 156.96m | 47s | Lamb Dev Corp | a—A

I walked by this morning and noticed that the parking lot was closed off by cones and tape. As well last week they removed the billboard from a neighboring building. Things seem to be slowly getting started here.

Theatre Park Condos (Lamb Development Corp , Niche Development) - Real Estate -

Walked by this morning and noticed the parking lot was blocked off by cones and tape, as well last week they took down the big billboard located on the neighboring building. Things seem to be slowly ramping up here.

    Toronto Living Shangri-La Toronto | 214.57m | 66s | Westbank | James Cheng

The title says this is the Shangri-la thread, but the content says otherwise. In any event, I will post this photo here:

Great contribution, thanks. Those cranes really move around. Also is that a door to the roof of the Sony centre?

Toronto Top 20 Under Construction List

I like that when this list was first started back in Jan 2010 the bottom building on the list was 405 ft tall, now the bottom building is 482. Just goes to show how the average height of the new buildings keeps creeping up.

    Toronto One Bloor East | 257.24m | 76s | Great Gulf | Hariri Pontarini

In addition there is no cladding at all on the whole building. Think of the chaos, furniture blowing onto the streets in high winds, people accidentally falling out of their units, not to mention the costs of heating and AC will be astronomical!

    Toronto RBC WaterPark Place III | 140.2m | 30s | Oxford Properties | WZMH

RBC also has a lot of space in the building complex to the west of 300 front I believe.

    Toronto Southcore Financial Centre & Delta Toronto | 159.71m | 45s | GWL | KPMB

I don't get why people still doesn't believe they're building the Bremner tower, it was announced a while ago. It was pretty clear from the press releases that both it and the delta were going up at the same time.

    Toronto RBC WaterPark Place III | 140.2m | 30s | Oxford Properties | WZMH

That makes sense to me, I'd heard from someone a couple of weeks ago that RBC was going to move all the offices they have on front st west into a building in this area.

    Toronto Bridgepoint Hospital | 61.87m | 10s | Bridgepoint Health | Diamond Schmitt

I can say with 100% certainty that the half round is coming down and that the old don jail is to be refurbished and used for bridgepoint offices. It was all part of the bid requirements on the project.
