To speculate on numbers just seems silly. There's literally no way to know what would have happened if not for the having taken the exact path that they did. We can model these things, but the margin of error is huge - it's probably anywhere from 20,000-80,000 or broader.

This is probably true of all communities that have seen a major influx of people. Although agreed that populations which may inherently be marginalized may feel the impact more.

Can you elaborate? It's not as though Tinder, Bumble, etc. have killed spaces for the heterosexual community to spend time other than restaurants. So why do you think online dating (if we're calling it that) has killed spaces for the queer community?

Typically, in a commercial setting, the owners pass on property taxes to the occupant of the building. This may not be the case for all lessees along this stretch, but it's much different than say, residential.
