Went to the opening event last weekend - by the look of the sales board they are at least 50% sold. TD was locking in rates for 3yrs on the development, but no official word on when they intend to break ground or how long it would take.

Been receiving promotional material in my email box on a bi-weekly basis ..... not much changes to the site when I drove by last week. Still looks like they're drumming up interest.

Its so pretentious, how could you not want to live there ... jokes aside I do like the design.

The area is ripe for development. Will fit in with the other townhouses South of Bloor, West of Islington

Has anyone heard of any updates on this development. Drove by there today and no progress on the site ... nothing on Mantella's website.

The whole NE corner of Yonge & Bloor is a travesty ... traveling East on Bloor past the large 'Bay' tower (horrendous), the Bay bunker, and all the way to Park Rd. The South side isn't that bad along this stretch, but the North side looks like something out of a bad 80's sci-fi flick...

Seems like a very busy and noisy intersection ... How far up would you have to be to avoid the clamour?

I like it. It's been occupied since May and a lot of the floorplans are laid out well.

Receiving emails about the project ... no dates or floorplans available, but it looks like they're getting into marketing mode

I wonder what this area is like with train noise coming from the railway so close by ... especially with GO diesel trains which I hear can be extremely loud in the afternoon when they're going uphill Edit: And the open house is next weekend, Apr. 13-14

Dropped by the sales office .... Expecting to break ground soon and aiming for a mid-2014 completion date. Staff on hand didn't know what percentage was sold, but a good amount of units were available. Nice floorplans. Mid-$400/sqft range. $0.40/sqft maint. Edit: Looking at the rendering...
