Nope.

And they downgraded half the units in the building with Walmart whirlpool appliances as opposed to the originally promised luxury Miele appliances without telling anyone. Because they have a clause that says the architect can change of equal or better quality, and their decision is final. I don't know what type of bootleg architect deems mass market Walmart available Whirlpool appliances as equal or better quality than Miele. Canada is becoming a joke of a country.

Appliances brand is sales agreement matters. This must be developer's decision. Architect as consultant has no control over selection of appliances. Ownership and its sales & marketing do.

Yes but in the standard features sheet, there is a clause that says "the builder may change to a product deemed equal or better and that the architects decision is final and binding".
