Looks great @SteveM! It's interesting to see the different colours and finishes. I didn't know that a full-size fridge was an option - definitely would have gone for that!
Did our PDI this morning and it was great! A few minor deficiencies but nothing major at all. Finishes are excellent. Very happy with our suite - can't wait to move in!
FYI - A friend of mine is a realtor and went with his client to a PDI the other day at East55 and was very impressed. Said the finishes were great and the balconies are really deep! He showed me some photos and it looked awesome!
I think the plan was for one retail space and one restaurant space. I think traditionally Lamb sells the commercial spaces, and the new owner of the commercial spaces then leases them out. I don't think that can happen until the building registers though, so not likely to be any time soon.
