Ironic.. as they demolished the original school of practical sciences building (engineering) to pave way for Med Sci, which in hindsight would obviously stand as heritage today

I use to have meetings on the 2nd floor, it was decently renovated but still incredibly dated. Also knowing UofT, they move fast. I don't think this site will sit dormant after the demolition
I saw it last week too. My guess is they are repairing or replacing the turf. It was built in 2015 for the pan-am games, and has been exposed to all seasons for the last 10 years.
Thanks for letting me know, happy to have you share the image :) I had a few meetings in the Hatchery floor (big blue walls), but I could image seeing your MSc lab being demolished would be a bit more saddening to see go
The mechanical / education area seems to be open (for viewing) now. I'd imagine some of the CIV/MECH courses would have tours and lab sessions within the room. It's a remarkably deep room
