So Phase 2 connects to Phase 1 - through a shared podium right? Or it was by previous design documents. Does that mean all those precast panels will just be disposed of? Seems like they could've used a cheaper knockout panel on this side, understanding this is only an interim condition.

An enormous shame on U of T that they’re doing no meaningful material recovery from this building.

How much would that add to the cost? (or would it potentially save costs if you could recycle/sell the material)

They looked pretty custom to each location. But who knows.
Wait until this becomes the most valuable Fairgrounds location in the city.
