Bird’s Eye View
Spoken to Onni, move in still July 2020 tentatively.
As soon as they put the rooftop, occupancy dates will be confirmed to owners.
I have to agree I don’t see it happening in July 2020. Earliest I think will be late fall (end 2020) early winter.
Report from Tridel:
Installation of hoist elevators for each tower is anticipated in early 2020
Precast cladding and window installations is anticipated to begin in early 2020
Interior finishing of your home is anticipated to start in the Summer of 2020
As you can see below, there’s a part of my ceiling sticking out. This was noted in my PDI but nothing has been done. There’s now a window blinds put below it. I’ve specifically told the window installation people not to install my blinds and did not authorize them to enter my unit. They still...

It’ll be interesting to see all 3 condos right next to each other : Social Pemberton; CentreCourt and Menkes Fleur. I think Fleur will easily rise up first. Judging from how fast CentreCourt works, I won’t be surprised if it’s up at the same time as this Social ones.
And good thing the government is keeping the area around CN tower free from high rise. It is one of Toronto’s most attractive (profitable) tourists attractions after all.
I think mostly because Gupta is still trying to finish Dundas Garden across from the Grid. Will be interesting to see if Tridel Via Bloor towers a block east of this will complete faster than this.
Totally agree. Shame Tribute ones next to it will cover the south side of this beauty. Interesting to see how both will look side by side as they are both so different in design.
