Someone needs to contact Pinnacle to clarify what's going on with the roof at Success I. It's still not finished (or is it?). Precast panels are still missing (or are they?). Great pic greenleaf.

BTW, Pinnacle Int'l has assured UT that the roof of Success I is not done and that the remaining sections of exposed concrete will be clad in precast as soon as the penthouses and rooftop swimming pool are complete.

A rooftop swimming pool? Where did that come from?
 
Perhaps it's an exclusive pool for the Palatial Residences, or someone with big bucks who bought into a Palatial Residence? Whoever it's for it sounds super sweet!
 
A while back I checked out the Palatial residences. Was very impressed. Excellent finishes and workmanship. I can't speak for the other suites but I hope that bodes well for their next project.
 
WOW. its crazy seeing these towers and mls coming in from the east side on the gardiner. There height is very impressive and adds alot to the skyline. It kinda ties the cbd with the lakefront develpoements together.
