Yes, there will be mistakes, and there will be some collateral damage just like in any other armed conflict that was ever fought.
This is callous af.
But I already knew you didn't care.

Meanwhile Washington Post is reporting that Israel is looking for an off ramp because the war is going so badWhen US officials were saying last week that "the hardest hits are yet to come", they were probably referring to this:
US/Israel have established complete air superiority over the Iranian skies. Once the B-1 and B-52 bomber workhorses get into the fight, the amount of ordinances being dropped on IRGC is going to go through the roof.

They've been at 60% for many years now, it's just that the amount of 60% enriched uranium keeps growing over the years. I've yet to read a single article form mainstream media where the reporters have an inkling of understanding of what that 60% figure actually represents. At best, they think Iran is 60% of the way to a nuclear bomb. At worst, it's just a scarry figure they throw around (big number, sounds scarry). The problem is, Iran is now reportedly at 60% enrichment of its weapons grade uranium.
This is me stating the truth. This is war. The only question for any party to a war is what they are doing to minimize the civilian casualties and what they are doing to correct their mistakes once they inevitably make them. Judging by how Trump admin is still refusing to even admit that they bombed the girl's school, the answer to that question is that they are not doing enough to address the mistakes. This is callous af.
But I already knew you didn't care.
You made a claim then posted a supposed source for that claim that did not in fact support the claim in question. That looks like an attempt to pass propaganda (the original claim) past casual scrutiny if someone did not click the link. Right to be called out.Sorry didn't think I would be accused of spreading propaganda for posting an article form Reuters.
I think you've lost the plot with this. Do you have any idea the kinds of things Russia has been up to? I can only hope this comes from a place of ignorance. This is the classic defence of the resident war mongers when its going badly or if anyone has the audacity to call out the 2 most evil nations in the World (Israel and United States).
They were on a live fire exercise. It is a warship, sailing during active hostilities. Absolutely fair game to be sunk. You are correct. I read the article quickly a few days ago. My bad. Its still debatable whether what the Americans did was on the up and up. Apparently at these naval maneuver events you are supposed to have little to no arms on your ship, based on what I've seen.
How much of Ukraine has Russia Gazified?I think you've lost the plot with this. Do you have any idea the kinds of things Russia has been up to? I can only hope this comes from a place of ignorance.
They were at some pompous military naval wank fest in India. A few days earlier they were marching in a parade in India. They were on a live fire exercise. It is a warship, sailing during active hostilities. Absolutely fair game to be sunk.
Had to go look it up and according to UN data there have been way more deaths in a shorter time in Gaza compared to the Ukraine-Russia war. And really thats not even a fair comparison because one is a real war and the other is a massive slaughter of defenseless civilians. So ya. I will call Israel the most evil country in the World.I think you've lost the plot with this. Do you have any idea the kinds of things Russia has been up to? I can only hope this comes from a place of ignorance.
I guess you have to resort to calling me a troll because what Israel did in Gaza is too hard to defend.Ok, time to stop feeding the troll folks.
Here is a good overview/explainer of the situation as of this weekend wrt Iranian missiles, US bombing campaign, and interceptor stockpiles.
The burning wreckage that will be left of Iran will be set back decades in terms of posing any threat to anyone in the region.
They will be in economic shambles and they will have no geopolitical foot to stand in the region after the indiscriminate strikes across the Arabian peninsula.
All the while, the people of Iran will be stuck with the same theocratic regime. Worst case scenario for them, really.
If oil stays over $100 for a decent period of time demand destruction will intensify. As cleantech gets cheaper, the ceiling price of oil above which it is an obvious decision to invest gets lower and lower. What is happening with solar and batteries in Australia is wild. And as many homeowners have solar on their roof and home batteries, getting an EV, electric hot water heater, induction cooktop, etc. becomes more obvious.I've always said the way to end these Petro State autocrats is to buy an EV. I hope to live long enough to see oil become strategically irrelevant. Just to watch the end of guys like Putin or regimes like Iran.
I hope Europe invests massively in electrification and kills demand growth for oil and LNG permanently.
