I don't actually have anything against at grade LRT. I think that some of the stops were needlessly close together (like why can people walk to an underground station and go down 4 storeys, but walking to an at grade stop is hard?? But I think with the proper implementation (i.e. signal prioritization and gates for safety) and in the right environment (i.e. large distances between intersections) it can work great. However, if the TTC is publishing a timetable with certain times it isn't jumping to conclusions to criticize it... either (a) the timetable is what the TTC plans to follow, (b) the TTC doesn't know how to make timetables... perhaps this is AI slop, or (c) both.
