It's time again for our Photo of the Month, where we highlight the highest rated Photo of the Day selection of the previous 4 weeks, along with the runner up, based on combined Facebook shares and Twitter retweets. While our monthly top picks have mostly focused on architecture and cityscapes, both November's Photo of the Month and the runner-up were captured from the air, each one highlighting a notable Toronto park.

The most popular photo from November was this fantastic aerial photo of Corktown Common with the park's fall colours decorating the green lawns. It was submitted to the Forum thread for River City 4 by UrbanToronto contributor Jasonzed.

Our runner-up features a view of the famous Scarborough Bluffs, submitted to the UrbanToronto Flickr Pool by Francisco Silva. This shot hints at the east end's late-fall colours, with the backdrop of the Toronto skyline popping up on the distant horizon.
