Leading up to last month's Grand Opening of Spice Urban Towns by  Spice Danforth Inc. and the Hi-Rise Group, we brought you previews of the scale model and presentation centre for the three-and-a-half storey Kohn Partnership Architects Inc. building. Now, with the project's sales centre at 3194 Danforth Avenue officially open to the public, we bring you a look at the 116-unit project's suite interiors.

Featuring one and two-storey units ranging in size from 749 ft² to 1,029 ft², the four building Scarborough development will bring a measured degree of urban density to the growing area, with the project's modest height and brick-accented exterior fitting in to the surrounding built form. On the inside, renderings reveal elegant, luxurious interiors in neutral tones, with subtle grey and brown notes dominating the colour palette.

As shown in the renderings, the suites will feature stainless steel appliances in the kitchens, while a choice of fixtures and finishes is available for cabinetry and decor elements throughout each suite. A virtual-reality tour provides a more in-depth look at the interiors, culminating in a panoramic tour of a generously sized rooftop patio:

While the suites at Spice Urban Towns will vary in size and configuration, all units will feature outdoor spaces, whether in the form of balconies, patios (on the lower level), or rooftop terraces. With the smallest suites starting at 749 ft², the combination of outdoor space and generous floor areas provides a viable alternative to some of Downtown Toronto's increasingly cramped suites.

Residents of the development will be well connected to surrounding transit with both Victoria Park and Warden Stations on the TTC's Line 2 located just a few minutes away by foot, and Danforth GO Station located a couple kilometres to the west. Slightly further afield, vibrant neighbourhoods like The Danforth, Leslieville, and The Beach—with several neighbourhood parks also in the area—provide nearby cultural and recreational hubs, and dining destinations.
