The growth of Toronto's skyline over the past decade has created some impressive opportunities for comparison with years past. About ten years ago, the view from the rooftop amenity level at Market Square, a condominium at Front and Church, provided some great views of a city undergoing major changes. Back on November 13, 2005, this vantage point offered views of the construction sites for the Pinnacle Centre (left) and the first phase of Conservatory Group's Infinity Condos (crane in the background).

Fast forward to September 30, 2015, and several new additions have been added to the cityscape. The first tower at Pinnacle Centre has been joined by follow-up phases, while the long-completed first phase of Infinity as well as its follow-up phases have been fully blocked from view by several new developments in Toronto's emerging South Core, including Telus House and the Southcore Financial Centre and its Delta Hotel. At the centre of the frame, the L Tower can be seen topped off next to the recent London on The Esplanade tower, while the mid-rise condo The Berczy has been added to the foreground.

We will return next week with another look at the changing face of Toronto!
