Exterior construction has reached virtual completion at the site of Triumph Developments' Howard Park Residences, a new residential development located on Howard Park Avenue, between Roncesvalles and Dundas, and with the sold-out 81-unit first phase wrapping up, we are now looking forward to Howard Park 2, the final phase for the 8-storey mid-rise from architects RAW Design.

To rise immediately west of phase one, the 96-unit Howard Park 2—now sold to 83 percent—is gearing up for the start of construction, currently slated to begin in either December or January, pending ‎permits.

Howard Park 2 draws design cues from the first phase, replicating the acute angles and greenery-covered stepped cubes of its adjacent sibling, and will bookend the entry area and courtyard terrace area. Other amenity spaces for residents of the complex include a fitness and yoga studio, party room and lounge.
