The Daniels Corporation is adding another building to its skyline-defining NY Towers community near Bayview and Sheppard in North York. This building is NY Place, an 8-storey boutique condominium on Kenaston Gardens just to the southeast of Bayview subway station, and a few steps further from the Bayview Village Shopping Centre. Designed by Michael Spaziani Architect, the building is already well under construction, now rising above ground level.
NY Place will offer Toronto's only Rent2Own Homeownership Opportunity Suites from $1,489/month, providing a way for those without substantial savings to get into real estate ownership, with part of the rent going towards a downpayment.
The NY Place Lobby features a cafe with a chic modern design, while the building's amenities include a Party Room with dining space and bar, and a Home Theatre that's also equipped for playing Wii and PS3 games or for singing Karaoke. There's also a fitness room with weights and aerobic machines.
Note the awnings labeled RETAIL to the right of the Lobby entrance, presumably the location of the cafe.
