Amid complaints over the length of time the project took, we see in this photo by Urban Toronto forum member androiduk that final touches are now being applied. The most recent Bloor-Yorkville BIA newsletter indicates the street will be closed on June 19 for a big street party and grand unveiling.

The project was commissioned by the Bloor Yorkville BIA in partnership with the City of Toronto, with design by architectsAlliance.
