Construction continues on 18 York Street, the final new office tower we'll probably being seeing for a while. After more than a decade of drought Toronto has, in the past five years, seen some major construction of office space. New buildings put up during this period include RBC Dexia, Telus, Corus and Bay Adelaide. Developed by GWL Realty Advisors for bcIMC it will rise 26 storeys at the northwest corner of York and Bremner. The KPMB designed tower is going to be the new home of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Here are some pictures taken recently by Hypnotoad of the construction progress. And it looks like cladding is set to go up as piles of cladding are to be seen stacked on the lower levels. What a change this area has seen in the last few years.
