Very happy with the near finished exterior product (less the slat railings, just think those are a tad ugly).

The crown of these two buildings (as well as the nearing-completion McMaster grad res) are tall enough to be visible from various parts of the mountain. This is from a friend's balcony on Fennell.

@rdaner I think occupancy will begin in May. North tower will rent up first, and south tower later at a future date TBD.

No but it’s extremely close. They were washing the windows today when I was walking by, occupancy is likely only days away.

I actually think some awnings on the corner would look great to create a centre piece on the corner. Also took some more photos that show what looks to be a cut through the alleyway, the interior turnaround and King St reopened and some deficiencies:
