hello there, i had some question around maintenance fees that i was hoping someone could answer for me.
looks like the building has been registered for 1 year now and i was originally advertised at .47 a sq ft for the fees. the builder is currently advertising .55 a sq ft. Is this the new fees according to the new budget for 2015?
