Expropriation will be complete by the summer, at which point they'll update the timeline. All they've said so far is less than two years from the completion of the expropriation.
Mount Dennis will rock too. This area is so interconnected transit wise that it has the potential to surpass Yonge-Eglinton as a secondary core/downtown.
I thought that was all in the air still. The city approves countless skyscrapers on every tiny side street at Yonge and Eglinton, yet apposed a single 27 storey tower right at Dundas and Bloor, directly across the street from the two 30 storey monstrosities of the Crossways that have been there since the 70's. Go figure.

Go figure.
Unless it is essentially stifled as say Eglinton-Kennedy was. This area is so interconnected transit wise that it has the potential to surpass Yonge-Eglinton as a secondary core/downtown.

It reported they are tendering the second tunnel now, and the whole thing should be finished in a couple of years.
