Daily Commercial News kind of, um, messed that up. The should have been quoting 4 metres with 11 metres above that. In total the building will be 15.5 metres high to the top of the 5th floor parapet. The fifth floor, actually, will be parking and solar panels on the top the dealership. Really, it's only a 4 floor building. I'll change the thread title again.

Any idea who owns the strip of land between it and Cherry? It's pretty small. Any chance it's the City?

I walked the dog along Eastern to Cherry last night. It's very attractive along Cherry, all lit up with the trees between it and the street.

Good question. There's no proposal yet for the 354 Richmond St E property that Centre Honda left, but as it is closer in than the new Honda property, I imagine that it won't be too long before we see a site review request.

I wonder if this Tweet is in reference to 354 Richmond St E.. how many Honda sites are there downtown?

Sweeny brings up they are working on the Honda site downtown which will have a public courtyard #UrbanizeTO @ULIToronto
