re: food court/lobby I love how this building meets the street, the lighting, the plaza etc are all very very nice. A great surprise here. Also the food court is bright, open and quite nice looking..much nicer than the Scotia Plaza one. I just wish it was a bit closer to the lobby but I guess it ultimately will serve the other two towers in the complex.

Re: KMPG - Yes it does look like it might tear. Also I wonder how the people who live in the expensive Trump Condos are going to like having a huge KPMG sign right outside their windows, especially at night.

As I mentioned in another thread I think the other two phases are going through as 400 (or 500 mil I forget) loan has been secured from CIBC. I know someone who worked on this deal.

I agree, arnell plaza is pretty dull without any neighbors, and the are is pretty empty
Are the old designs ( the BA1 reminiscent ) towers going ahead? Or are the redesigning them slightly?

And is there a thread for the other phases?
