To my tower 1 neighbours: around 11pm, I heard the best case scenario would be having one elevator up and running by Saturday noon. Let's hope for the best.

Thanks to our neighbour Ancea for posting the photos :) I used a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meter to test the filtered water and it was contaminated :( I had to replaced the water filter last week.

Thank you. We hardly use the land line too. I talked to the rep of Rogers when Bell still offered 6-month free. I could sign up with Bell for 6-month then switch to Rogers for another 6-month free. Bell rep also said the same thing.

I've learnt that Bell only offers 3-month free with no contract and 6-month free with a 2-year contract. Rogers is still offering 6-month free (no contract). I signed up with Rogers today.

I didn't know until I saw the discussion on this forum. It was not on the PDI. But I did reported it after the PDI and also on the 30-day form.

I feel the same. I had reported quite a number of things to customer service but didn't get resolved. I had put them onto the 30-days form including "no pre-wiring for optional valance lighting". Will see.
