^^I'm with you on that one, a full square on the lot is nothing more then a stall tactic. Keeps people interested until they figure out what kind of tower they really want built.

I'm starting to think 1Bloor is more suited for an office tower now as well. Something like John Hancock Center but a different colour would definately fit right into that corner.

RBC looks huge in this angle, it will be nice when Ritz starts getting it's glass for the sides and give the two buildings a layering affect.

MLS is moving along pretty fast, it should be finished by hockey season this year and opened for retail during next years playoff, hopefully.

Really like this building, the glass looks highend and the fins being tacked on is fine with me.

When I say support, I'm also refering to the blessing of the people. The majority of the people don't even bother watching on TV, let alone ever attend a game. Like when I'm at my parents place they don't ever watch the Leafs. That is way they lose I think, not enough people to harness power from.

I use to drive by there to get to the school, such a pretty little place.
