Yes Sudbury street is opened, you can now drive your vechile through.

I need some recommendation on a good Interior Designer in Toronto that specialize in condos and modern design. Any recommendation would be appreciated.

I'm guessing they have to wait until Sudbury Street gets constructed. If there is no road, then no vehicles can drive into the building. Bohemian has the same occupancy date - Sept. 2010.

They changed the building design :(

I called Baywood and spoke to the sales person yesterday; they said that construction re-started on Tuesday. Equipment is being moved in this week, but they will have the construction crew in by next week. However, I'll believe when I see it.

Westside is far ahead of construction compared to Bohemian Embassy, and Bohemian Embassy started construction six months before Westside - go figure. Urbancorp appears to be more organized and experience than Baywoods.
