Got an email on Thurs too. Tentative Occupancy Date moved from April 30th, 2012 to July 4th, 2012. (M4 12th floor). I expected delays too. Date seems reasonable according to floor based on this thread. Also made a design appointment today for June 7th. (I called them, they didnt call me)...

Hi Everyone, Just got my design consultation letter for M4. Wondering if anyone else did downgrades on their unit. i.e. no backsplash etc.... Also wondering how accurate did you find the measurements of the unit in comparison to the floor plans?? Thanks!

walmart, no frills, dollarama next door would be awesome! a timmies, convenient store, TD bank would be great under M3 and M4. Sure this will increase local traffic both cars and foot but it'd be sooo convenient for us. :p

How much are you asking?? Which building are you in? Anyone know if the building are connected underground by the way?? I heard they were but I don't trust those sales people.
