This fall, The Daniels Corporation and Oxford Properties Group will unveil Stak36, an exclusive collection of suites making their home in the newly added upper floors atop the Condominiums at Square One District. The vision behind Square One District is a masterplanned, mixed-use community sprawling over 130 acres around the iconic Square One Shopping Centre, with The Daniels Corporation coming together with Oxford Properties Group and AIMCo for the first residential phase. This comprehensive urban redevelopment will introduce the first new office buildings in a generation while bringing new 18,000 residential units along with expansive retail and entertainment spaces to the area.
