We saw more of Aqualuna in yesterday's Daily Photo, a close-up, albeit it was nighttime. While it is daytime now, we're looking towards Aqualuna from much further away today, and just catching one of its two peaks while one of the two tower cranes that's been employed to build Aqualuna is being removed. Caught by UrbanToronto Forum contributor mburrrrr, early on a December day with the sun to the south and the sky and clouds possibly painted by Monet, it's a mobile crane that has arrived to hoist the tower crane to ground level in pieces as its component parts are disassembled: when the new building is short enough for a mobile crane to reach the tower crane, it's the quicker and less expensive option for crane removal... and it all makes for a cool photo.
