  • we added 1,249 new companies (that's 1,249 more opportunities to discover leads for new business)
  • we updated a further 2,606 projects (that's 2,606 assurances of data being up to date)
  • we started tracking 7 new fields, including active cranes (that's 7 new opportunities to develop unique insights)
  • we increased our coverage to 54 municipalities, up from 36 last year (that's 54 opportunities to diversify your geographical insights)

Based on the site area proposed for redevelopment, Caledon, Ontario is the widest-growing region in Ontario. Data from UTPro.

As expected, most new projects added to our database are in the pre-construction stage of development. Data from UTPro.

After Toronto, we have added the most number of projects to the City of Hamilton. Data from UTPro.

We started tracking more than 471,000 new dwelling units across the GTHA and beyond in 2023. Data from UTPro.
