In this image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor mburrrrr, two phases of work at Menkes' Sugar Wharf project are in view. Looking through the gap between between the former LCBO headquarters office spaces and warehouse (the offices have since moved in Menkes' nearby 100 Queens Quay East office tower, the warehousing has moved elsewhere), the Sugar Wharf Phase One condo towers can be seen rising by night. Phase Two will being its rise in the coming year in the shot's foreground, as walls from the former LCBO buildings are preserved by work begins around them.
