UrbanToronto’s Instant Reports are a game changer for real estate professionals. They provide the fastest, most accurate, most reliable method of collecting information about development proposals in the city of Toronto. 

Instant Reports give you all the information that you need to quickly understand what is happening in an area of your choosing. The data comes from UrbanToronto Pro, our proprietary premium service that is trusted by many of the biggest names in Toronto's real estate industry. UTPro is constantly updated with the latest information on every project in the GTA, with powerful mapping and reporting tools.

With UrbanToronto Pro Instant Reports, you get access to more than 30 fields of information per project. The data includes quantitative data like height, storeys, GFA, and the number of dwellings and parking units proposed per project. You also get qualitative information like name, address, construction status, and who the developer and architects are. The data will be up-to-date as of the instant you order it.

The reports also include a convenient dashboard aggregating the quantitative data. You can also zoom in and out of the map for better context.

What's best is how quickly and conveniently you can access all this information. As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a password taking you to a website with your report. You'll also have an option to download the information as a CSV.

Another benefit is that UrbanToronto's Instant Reports are not one-size-fits-all. There are three options for ordering: the Address Report, the MLS Zone Report, and the Ward Report. 

The Address Report gives you all the projects within an 800-metre radius of a specific address in Toronto. The MLS Zone Report lets you select one of 36 regions delineated by the Toronto Region Real Estate Board that correspond to specific neighbourhoods in Toronto. The Ward Report is for councilors, planners, and other professionals working for or closely with the City of Toronto who wish to know what is happening in their jurisdiction. 

Each report is priced differently depending on size and suitability so that you have more control over the information that you collect.
